About Us

"M-K DOMECO LTD" is a company specializing in the International Trading Services.  DOMECO was founded in 2007 by Mr. Alexander Megapanos, a highly experienced economist with active presence since 2000 in companies acting in the Trading business.  DOMECO acts as buyer and seller of the commidities we trade, and also as deal facilitators when direct contact between buyer and seller/ owner needs to be established.

DOMECO's activity is mainly in Europe, North America and Africa, but in countries of Asia and the former Soviet Union as well.  Our extended network of representatives and associates in the U.S.A., in the United Kingdom, in Germany, but also in countries of Asia and North and West Africa, provides us the possibility to expand our presense globally.  Furthermore, since spring 2010 DOMECO has made its dynamic entry in the market of the Middle East, establishing important business relationships with high perspective and potential.

Our main commodities of interest are cement, steel scrap and steel bars.  Less is our involvement with construction materials in general, and other commonly traded commodities.

Since summer 2009, DOMECO has made a significant entry in the trading of oil products.  This advancement came normally through our associates/ representatives, and resulted in our close cooperation with global oil suppliers and further expansion of our clients' network.  At this moment, we are able to secure for our clients large quantities of oil products from our main suppliers, while being in the position to obtain more product from other sources as well.  In the meantime, we are at the final steps of initiating Joint Venture agreements with respect to trading of Oil Products.

Our offices, located only minutes from the center of Athens, provide us with all means necessary for us to reply rapidly and effectively to the clients' needs, and are convenient for any visitor/ associate/ client to find.  We operate daily form 10:00 to 21:00 (local time), except Saturdays and Sundays.  Although we haven't materialized yet our short-term plan to operate on a 24/7 basis, we are always in the position to accomodate our clients' needs, making extensive use of all modern communication facilities.
